Police Reveal Identity of Pelosi Attack Suspect, Say Paul Was Also Holding Hammer – October 28, 2022
San Francisco police said during a briefing Friday that officers were dispatched to the Pelosis’ home at 2:27 a.m.
When they entered, they found a man — identified as 42-year-old David DePape — in a struggle with Paul Pelosi that involved a hammer, police Chief Bill Scott told reporters.
“Officers observed Mr. Pelosi and the suspect both holding a hammer. The suspect pulled the hammer away from Mr. Pelosi and violently assaulted him with it,” he said.
Scott said officers immediately tackled the suspect, disarmed him and took him into custody.
He said both Pelosi and DePape were taken to a local hospital for treatment.
The motive behind the attack is “still being determined,” Scott said, adding that San Francisco police were leading the investigation in conjunction with the FBI, the U.S. attorney’s office, the U.S. Capitol Police and San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins, who was with him at the briefing.
· Odd evidence of the “break-in” of Pelosi’s home… Check out the following twitter video of Pelosi’s home…where the alleged break-in may have occurred…it looks more like an attempted break out… Note the glass on the outside of the door/window… Also note…this broken glass is obviously not from a “sliding door”…which was reported in a previous article…

As reported earlier, according to sources close to the investigation, Paul Pelosi’s attacker is 42-year-old Berkeley resident David Depape, The San Francisco Standard reported.
San Francisco police chief William Scott said Depape was booked on charges of attempted homicide, assault with a deadly weapon, elder abuse, burglary and “several additional felonies.”
The assailant reportedly was trying to tie up Paul Pelosi “until Nancy got home.”
According to NBC News, Paul Pelosi was taken to Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital where he underwent brain surgery.
Mr. Pelosi is reportedly in stable condition.
And David Depape was in his underwear when the police arrived.
What was going on?
David Depape is allegedly the “former nudist dude.”

This is twice…in less than 6 months…that Paul Pelosi has been involved in some odd circumstances… while Nancy was clear across the country in DC… At the end of May 2022…Paul Pelosi was involved in a wreck…one in which he failed a field sobriety test…and then more than 2 hours later…failed an alcohol test… Although arrested for DUI…Pelosi was not actually charged with DUI until up in June… Then…in August…Paul Pelosi pled guilty to a misdemeanor DUI charge and received 5 days in jail and 3 years of probation…
The police video of the event took several requests and threats by news media before only a small portion was released showing Pelosi fail the sobriety test…and then…only after the guilty plea by Pelosi…

However…the strange part about this story…which occurred in a rural area near Napa, California…is there apparently was a “witness” to the event…that has never been named… And…the news media that knew never indicated if the witness they mentioned was a male or a female… The person in the other vehicle was alone…and is considered the “victim” in this case…and Pelosi is the “driver”… So…who else was there?

The driver’s blood-alcohol level was not checked until after the collision at 12:32 AM. The crash took place at 10:17 PM.
According to the statement, the victim (the man whose 2014 Jeep was hit by Pelosi) invoked his Marsy’s Law rights to ask the media to honor his wishes. This helps Paul Pelosi when you can’t find out what happened and you can’t talk to the victim about it. Also, Marsy’s Law protects victims from harassment and intimidation during the criminal process. Is the victim more worried about the media or Nancy Pelosi?
The CHP officers who responded say Pelosi had “objective signs and symptoms of alcohol intoxication” … such as watery eyes, slurred speech and a “strong odor” of alcohol on his breath. They say he also showed signs of impairment after field sobriety testing.
Interestingly, they also note Pelosi handed officers his “11-99 Foundation” card when they asked him for ID. The foundation provides financial assistance and scholarships to CHP officers and their families.
This subtle hint is meant to say, “Give me some time.”
Watters noted that the Times reported there was a witness to the crash and expressed sympathy for Paul Pelosi.
Witnesses of this accident said that both cars were totaled. Paul Pelosi was seen in the car for several moments before the sheriff arrived.
He could have killed someone. As Watters says, where did the witness come from? On the side of the road in rural Napa County late at night?Watters speculates the person was in the car. We don’t know whether or not they were, though Watters has spoken to a member of the Fire Department who says they know the answer. They are being asked by the District Attorney’s office to keep quiet. However, this is the problem you get when you don’t release the information. Speculation abounds. Watters said the police refused to confirm or deny that there was anyone in the car with Pelosi, and that the Times left a little something out of their story – the Sheriff who first arrived on the scene then left because it wasn’t in his jurisdiction, and called the CHP to investigate. Watters also said that if the D.A. doesn’t produce the information, they’ll be taking her to court to get it.
