Rex Tillerson Rewrites Syria, Ultimately Blames Iran, Essentially Declares War
Without telling you explicitly, and with no authority from Congress as required by the Constitution, the U.S. has invaded and occupied Syria with no intention to leave.

WASHINGTON (Opinion) — Secretary of State Rex Tillerson presented remarks on The Way Forward for the United States Regarding Syria to the Hoover Institute at Stanford on January 17.
