Japan Reactor Explosion Evacuation Perimeter Widened

A widening perimeter of people are being evacuated now as this explosion increases fear of a potential reactor meltdown. People should study prevailing winds and take appropriate precautions. There is also the potential for additional shifting in the plates and earthquakes in the aftermath increasing the need for everyone to take prudent survival precautions and have plans and backup plans for family preparedness measures.
