[Editor’s note:  For those of you who knew Tim Pope personally, you know how much he will be missed!  For those who did not, then I must tell you that all I know to say is there is a great hole in the camp.  To Tim’s family we convey our love and sense of loss and heaven’s gain. Tim,  dear brother, we salute you and bid you fond farewell – until we meet again!/sc]

TIM POPE’S FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS

Tim’s funeral will be next Monday, February 22nd, 10:00 a.m. at the Bridge Assembly of God Church on Highway 152 in Mustang. The internment will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in South OKC. Following the internment a dinner will be served at the Bridge Assembly of God Church with everyone welcome to attend. In lieu of flowers you may make contributions at any branch of the Chase Bank to the Tim Pope Memorial Fund. Since Tim recently had to declare bankruptcy, so those funds will be very helpful for his family.  (information provided by Charlie Meadows – OCPAC)

  1. What a wonderful story. Tim never gave up. If he believed in it he fought to the end. What a tragedy for Tim to have go through the things he did. What a great Wonderful Wonderful man.

    And for those who did not know him, I am saddened. He was the greatest guy in the whole world.

  2. Tim was the type of fiery patriot who won this country in the first place and who preserved it for centuries. I believe his influence and example will leave a legacy of other fiery patriots in his wake. Let’s hope so! Thank you Tim for all you were and did. We love you, Ladonna.
