My undergraduate degree is in microbiology and I have a nagging question about all that I am hearing. In all of our history, quarantine plans were for the diseased and not the healthy.
I never heard of quarantining healthy people who didn’t want to take an untested vaccine. What in the world has happened to logic in our midst or what makes this situation different?
It all sounds very backwards to me. If you must quarantine anyone – quarantine the diseased, not the healthy!
If you would like to test quarantine on a population potentially causing disease – let’s start with those here illegally with tuberculosis!
